M.Sc-Psych. Ralf Türksch
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in behavior therapy. In psychotherapy, I would like to support you in learning how to deal effectively with unpleasant thoughts and feelings. It is not just about treating symptoms, but also about empowering you to live a life that corresponds to your personal ideas. Based on cognitive behavior therapy, my approach integrates in particular mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies as well as interventions to clarify values. It is important to me to get to know and understand your very individual situation. Here I pay attention to an appreciative and authentic communication at eye level.
The focus of my therapeutic work is in the treatment of depression and burnout, but also anxiety and compulsive illnesses (e.g. panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, fear of illness or excessive worries).
