Purposes of data processing
If personal data is collected, this is done to provide the requested services. By using the website and entering personal data, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with this statement. In principle, this data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is absolutely necessary for the explained purpose. In this case, your consent to the transfer will be obtained beforehand.
In order to be able to recognize user requests, we analyze the data available to us regarding inquiries, etc. We process inventory data, communication data, usage data, metadata on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The analyzes are carried out for the purpose of marketing. In addition, we use the analyzes to increase user-friendliness, optimize our offer and business economics. The analyzes serve us alone and are not disclosed externally.
Processed data are, for example:

Based on our legitimate interest (cf. Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR), we collect data about access to the website and save it as "server log files" on the website server. The following data is logged:

- Time at the time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source / reference from which you came to the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. B. Abuse cases. If data have to be saved for reasons of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

As part of our contact form and the platform for online psychotherapy, our users are free to provide information on their state of health. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR serves, legally according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR is mandatory, our interests or those of patients in efficient healthcare as a legitimate interest in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR serves or acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d) GDPR is necessary to protect the vital interests of patients or another natural person or within the scope of consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a), Art. 7 GDPR.
The data will be deleted if the data are no longer required to fulfill contractual or statutory care obligations and to deal with any warranty and comparable obligations, or if the data subject requests deletion. The legal retention requirements apply.
In order to make our website as user-friendly as possible, we use so-called session storages for our online offer. These are application program interfaces that, in their capacity, enable us to store data on your server for the duration of your visit to our website, in order to analyze your user behavior. For example, it detects which side of our online presence you are coming from so that we can recognize what you are interested in. The data will be deleted when the session ends.
